For 20 years I've been turning ideas into products people rely on. I've started a company, written the code, and built the teams that take a product from its first version to real scale.
About Me
I've always been fascinated with what can be built with technology. I sold my first website when I was 18 and later cofounded Scout, a automated web security product that was acquired by Acquia. Since then most of my work has been in payments, fintech and trading: products that move real money and have to work every time.
What I love most is going from zero to one. That means taking a rough idea to a launched product, learning quickly from customers and repeating. At Coinbase I took Onramp from concept to $100M in volume and 60,000 users in its first eight months. Later I led the team behind Advanced Trade, a platform that handles more than $150B in trading volume a year.
I'm currently building a studio of bootstrapped consumer applications, launching soon.
